When I began my career, there wasn’t social media education. Like, not a single “how-to grow your brand with social.” I was at the world’s largest snowboarding company managing social for three brands across four platforms for a total of 12 profiles. I wrote thousands of captions, published thousands of posts, and observed what drove the most success within the confines of the resources I had.
Today, there are more than 20 million Instagram posts about social media marketing. Add that to the number of tutorials on YouTube or blog posts on the internet and it’s safe to say that there’s plenty of education.
